Policy Decoded SMS Program Terms of Service

Program description

The Policy Decoded SMS Program sends two optional message types: account notifications related to your subscription (opt-in and opt-out confirmations, content access updates, and replies to HELP requests) and, only if separately selected, recurring marketing messages about Policy Decoded resources, guides, and tools. Policy Decoded is not an insurance company or agent and does not send insurance quotes or referrals.

• Marketing Messages (Up to 4 messages per month)

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking one or more unchecked SMS consent boxes on our subscribe page or home page and submitting a valid phone number. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the website.

First message

After opting in you will receive a confirmation such as: "Policy Decoded: You're subscribed to the text messages you selected. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Policy Decoded: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP instructions

Reply HELP for assistance: "Policy Decoded: For help email hello@getpolicydecoded.com or call +1 (307) 417-6234. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Privacy and mobile opt-in data

Policy Decoded does not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, or SMS consent to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes to SMS terms

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
